Delete Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data after a 30-day grace period. Your predictions, achievements, coins, and collectibles will be lost. Posts in Ginga will be anonymized to preserve community threads.
How to delete your account
- Open the Fan Passport 2026 app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type the confirmation word and confirm.
After requesting deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Fan Pass Premium subscription, please cancel it in your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of confirmation, we permanently remove your profile, account credentials, predictions and prediction history, achievements and medals, in-app coins and collectibles, and personal preferences. Posts you made in Ginga are anonymized — the content remains so community threads stay coherent, but they are no longer attributable to you.
What we may retain
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request and limited transactional metadata (purchase receipts, refund records) as required by applicable tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention laws. This retained data is never used to re-identify you for marketing or product purposes.
