Welcome to Fan Passport 2026. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Fan Passport 2026, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
The App offers virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items that can be purchased with real money through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real currency, except as required by applicable law.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual currency and virtual items at any time, with or without notice.
Fan Pass 2026 is a one-time premium purchase that grants access to exclusive features, content, and items within the App. Fan Pass benefits are tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026 season and are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
The App provides match prediction features for entertainment purposes only. Predictions are not a form of gambling and do not involve real-money wagers. Points, streaks, and achievements earned through predictions are virtual and hold no monetary value.
You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App's community features. However, by posting content, you grant Punky Tiger Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Punky Tiger Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. FIFA, World Cup, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Match data, scores, and statistics are provided by third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies or delays. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on this information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punky Tiger Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
