Privacy Policy
SUPERION Pulse (“Pulse”, “we”, “us”) is built local-first by Punky Tiger Labs, Inc. When you run a SUPERION model on your device, your prompts, conversations and the documents you analyze are processed on your Mac and do not leave it. This policy explains the limited data we do handle.
What we process

Optional connections you control
- Bring-your-own API key (BYOK): if you connect a third-party provider (e.g. OpenAI, DeepSeek or any compatible endpoint), prompts you send to it are transmitted to that provider under their privacy policy. This only happens when you configure it.
- SUPERION Cloud: if you opt into cloud inference, those specific requests are sent to our servers to be processed and are not used to train models or sold.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not read, collect or transmit the content you process with a local model.
- We do not use your conversations to train models.
Data retention & your rights
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and entitlement records from our systems; purchase records held by Apple are governed by Apple's policies.
Children
Pulse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We'll update this page and revise the “Effective” date when this policy changes.
