1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading or using Quesitos World ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by PunkyTiger Labs.
2. The App
Quesitos World is an app for cheese lovers. It lets you explore a cheese catalog, keep a personal tasting logbook, browse recipes, and read guides about home cheesemaking and cheese care.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own, non-commercial use.
3. Accounts and Sign-In
You can use most of the app without an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Authentication is handled by those providers, and we never receive your password.
4. Premium Forever Purchase
Quesitos World may offer a one-time "Premium Forever" purchase that removes ads and enables cloud backup. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device.
- Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Purchases, billing, and refunds are managed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
- You can restore a previous purchase from within the app.
5. Your Content
Your tasting logbook (ratings, prices, notes, and similar entries) belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you sign in, backed up to the cloud so you can restore it. The app does not include public profiles, feeds, comments, messaging, or photo uploads.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including not attempting to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content.
- Interfere with the app's security or normal operation.
- Use the app in any unlawful way.
7. Informational Content
Cheese descriptions, recipes, home-cheesemaking guides, and care tips are provided for general informational purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, text, and original content are owned by PunkyTiger Labs and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunkyTiger Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
