Superion S1 · Punky Tiger Labs, Inc.
API privacy and data policy
Effective November 5, 2026
This policy covers the Superion S1 API, including access through OpenRouter. It also serves as our data policy. Other Punky Tiger Labs products have their own policies.
Prompts and outputs
We process the content of each request only to return its decision. We do not store prompts or outputs in logs or databases, we do not use them to train or improve any model, and we do not sell them. Content stays in memory while a request is served, and the engine may keep a short-lived prefix cache in GPU memory to speed up similar requests. That cache is never written to disk and is discarded as it fills or when the engine restarts.
What we do keep
Operational metadata: time, API key identifier, model, token counts, status code and latency. We use it for billing, capacity, abuse prevention and reliability, and we delete it within 90 days.
Where it runs and who helps us
- RunPod: GPU infrastructure, European Union (Romania).
- OpenRouter: routing, accounts and billing when you use Superion S1 through it, under its own terms and privacy policy.
Trial key requests
When you ask for a 24-hour trial key on our website, we keep the name, email and company you enter, whether your evaluation is academic or commercial and the reason you give, the time of the request and a one-way hash of your network address. We use them to send you the key by email, to limit trial keys to one per email per week and to follow up about your evaluation. We do not share them or use them for advertising. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your requests
You can ask us about the metadata linked to your key. Because we do not store content, we cannot retrieve or delete past prompts. Please do not send data you are not allowed to process through a third party.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
