Claims must be filed through the designated settlement website utilizing personal identification data plus the phone's unique serial number ahead of the hard cutoff date of December 21st, 2026.

While initial estimates suggest recipients could pocket roughly twenty-five dollars apiece for qualifying units, participants are advised that this figure carries upward mobility based on overall submission volumes, potentially reaching ninety-five dollars per handset.
