Punky Tiger Labs, Inc. (“Punky Tiger Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) created Frog Haven as a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use Frog Haven, contact us, or visit the Frog Haven website.

1. Information stored by Frog Haven

Frog Haven does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photographs or precise location.

Your game progress—including rescued tadpoles, golden nuggets, unlocked levels, decorations, outfits, settings and similar gameplay information—is stored locally on your device. Punky Tiger Labs does not receive this locally stored gameplay information through its own servers.

Removing Frog Haven or clearing the app’s local data may permanently erase your saved progress.

2. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

Frog Haven may display advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads, also known as AdMob.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices and advertising settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• Your IP address and approximate location derived from it.
• Device identifiers, app identifiers or advertising identifiers.
• App launches, taps, ad views and other interactions.
• Diagnostic, crash and performance information.
• Information used to provide, measure, personalize and protect advertising.

You can manage certain advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings and through the privacy or advertising settings available on your device.

Where required by applicable law, Frog Haven may ask for your consent before requesting personalized advertisements. You may also be given access to a privacy-options screen within the app.

3. Website information

The Frog Haven website does not intentionally use its own advertising or analytics cookies. The company providing website hosting may process standard technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time—to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

4. Information you provide to us

If you contact Punky Tiger Labs, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and any attachments.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate technical problems and maintain necessary business records.

5. How information may be used

Information may be used to:

• Operate and maintain Frog Haven.
• Save game progress and preferences locally on your device.
• Display, measure and protect advertisements.
• Diagnose errors and improve performance and reliability.

Punky Tiger Labs does not sell your personal information for money.

7. Data retention

Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is deleted, cleared or the app is removed.

Information handled by Google, Apple, a hosting provider or another third-party service is retained according to that provider’s policies.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and meet security, legal or business-record obligations.

8. Children’s privacy

Frog Haven does not ask children to submit personal information directly to Punky Tiger Labs, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us. We will review the request and delete the information where appropriate.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction or deletion.

Because most Frog Haven gameplay information exists only on your device, Punky Tiger Labs may not possess or be able to retrieve that information.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
