Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Frog Haven and the related Frog Haven website. By downloading, accessing or using Frog Haven, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who may use Frog Haven

You may use Frog Haven only if your use is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. Limited license

Punky Tiger Labs grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use Frog Haven for private, non-commercial entertainment.

This license is subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform through which you downloaded the game.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, sell, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit Frog Haven except where expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, modify, decompile or create derivative works from the game, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
• Interfere with the game, its advertising services, security systems or normal operation.
• Use automated tools, cheats, exploits or unauthorized modifications to manipulate the game.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, device or system associated with Frog Haven.
• Use Frog Haven in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

4. Game progress and virtual items

Tadpoles, golden nuggets, decorations, outfits, unlocked levels, achievements and other Frog Haven items are fictional gameplay features.

Virtual game items:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Do not represent property or currency outside Frog Haven.
• May be changed or removed as part of a game update.

Game progress may be stored only on your device. Progress may be lost if you delete the app, clear its data, change devices, reinstall the game or experience a device failure.

5. Advertisements

Frog Haven may contain advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers, including Google Mobile Ads/AdMob.

Punky Tiger Labs does not control every advertised product, service, website or destination and does not endorse an advertisement merely because it appears in Frog Haven.

Your interactions and transactions with advertisers are between you and the applicable third party. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property

Frog Haven, Ribbi, DJ Ribbi, Frogchella, the game’s artwork, music, characters, animations, designs, text, software, logos and other original materials are owned by Punky Tiger Labs or its licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily send us suggestions or feedback about Frog Haven, you allow Punky Tiger Labs to use that feedback to develop and improve its products without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not give us ownership of your personal information or materials unrelated to the feedback.

8. Updates and availability

Punky Tiger Labs may update, change, rebalance, suspend or discontinue parts of Frog Haven.

We do not guarantee that the game, a particular feature, level, decoration, advertisement or musical experience will always be available or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Third-party services and links

Frog Haven may interact with services operated by Apple, Google, advertisers or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Punky Tiger Labs is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, security or availability.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frog Haven is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

We do not guarantee that Frog Haven will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with your device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Punky Tiger Labs and its directors, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Frog Haven.

This includes loss of game progress, virtual items, data, profits, opportunities or device availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use Frog Haven. Your license may end if you materially violate these Terms.

You may stop using Frog Haven at any time by deleting the game from your device.

13. Applicable platform terms

Your use of Frog Haven may also be subject to the terms and policies of Apple, Google or another platform through which you downloaded the game.

If applicable platform rules or local laws provide additional mandatory rights, those rights remain in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Frog Haven, our operations or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Frog Haven after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable platform rules, form the agreement governing your use of Frog Haven.
