API terms

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Superion S1 API, directly or through OpenRouter. By using it you accept them.

The service

Superion S1 returns probabilities for typed questions. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a signed agreement says so. We may change, limit or retire models, with reasonable notice when we can.

Acceptable use

You will follow the law and not use the API to harm people. You will not try to extract the model, its weights or its method, train a competing model on its outputs, get around limits, or attack the service.

Outputs and decisions

Outputs are statistical estimates and can be wrong. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use them, and for human review of decisions that significantly affect people.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you send and receive. You give us only the permission needed to process it and return the result. See the API privacy and data policy.

Our rights

Punky Tiger Labs keeps all rights in Superion S1, its weights and its method. Base-model and data credits appear on the Superion S1 page.

Fees

Through OpenRouter, you pay under its terms at the listed price. Licensing and dedicated deployments are covered by a separate agreement.

Disclaimer and liability

The API is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the API in the previous 12 months or USD 100.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the service. We will post changes here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
