Punky Tiger Labs ("we," "us," or "our") built Kireya as a mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
Kireya is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your device. Specifically:
- Product data: Names, brands, shades, categories, and other details of makeup products you add to your kit are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data.
- Look data: Names, descriptions, product selections, and technique steps for looks you create remain entirely on your device.
- Photos: Images you capture or select for products, looks, and your profile are saved locally within the app. We do not upload, transmit, or access your photos.
- Usage analytics: We do not use any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, or telemetry. We do not track how you use the app.
Data Storage
All data generated by Kireya — including your product inventory, looks, photos, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using SQLite and the device file system. We do not operate any cloud servers or databases that store your information. Your beauty collection stays entirely private.
Camera and Photo Library
Kireya requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of adding photos to your product inventory, looks, and profile. Photos are processed and saved locally within the app. We do not upload or share your photos with any third party.
Notifications
The app may request permission to send local notifications to remind you about product expiration dates. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external service or data transmission.
Third-Party Services
The current version of Kireya does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. If future versions introduce such integrations (e.g., cloud sync or in-app purchase processing), this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
In-App Purchases
Kireya may offer in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since Kireya does not collect any personal data from any user, this policy applies equally to users of all ages.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app. Individual products and looks can also be deleted within the app at any time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
