Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Kireya ("the App"), operated by Punky Tiger Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kireya for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Lite and Full Versions

Kireya is available in a free Lite version with certain feature limitations (e.g., a limited number of products and looks). A Full version with expanded features may be available through an in-app purchase. Feature availability and pricing are subject to change.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not collect or store any payment information. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree to use Kireya only for lawful purposes. You may not:

You retain full ownership of all content you create within Kireya, including product entries, look data, photos, and notes. We claim no rights over your content. All content remains stored locally on your device.

6. Intellectual Property

Kireya, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Punky Tiger Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Kireya name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Punky Tiger Labs.

7. Product Expiration Tracking

Kireya provides product expiration tracking as a convenience feature based on user-entered data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of expiration calculations and recommend always checking product packaging for safety information. Kireya is not a substitute for professional advice regarding product safety.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kireya is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all device configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punky Tiger Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or device issues, arising from your use of the App.

10. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device malfunction, app deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause. We recommend keeping your device backed up regularly.

11. Updates

We may release updates to Kireya from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we strive to improve the App continuously. Updates are delivered through the Apple App Store.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Kireya if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Kireya after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
