Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VHVox ("the App"), operated by Punky Tiger Labs Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VHVox for your personal or commercial content creation purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchase & Pricing

VHVox is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. The purchase price is listed on the App Store at the time of your purchase. All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree to use VHVox only for lawful purposes. You may not:

You retain full ownership of all content you create using VHVox, including avatar images, recordings, and configurations. We claim no rights over your content. All content remains stored locally on your device.

6. Intellectual Property

VHVox, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Punky Tiger Labs Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The purchase of VHVox grants you a usage license, not ownership of the software itself.

7. Stream Deck Plugin

The VHVox Stream Deck plugin is provided as a free companion tool for VHVox users. The plugin is provided "as is" and its availability is subject to Elgato's platform policies. The plugin requires a licensed copy of VHVox to function.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VHVox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware configurations. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the App works as described on supported macOS versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punky Tiger Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of content, arising from your use of the App.

10. Updates

We may release updates to VHVox from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we strive to improve the App continuously. Updates are delivered through the Apple App Store.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VHVox if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of VHVox after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
